Shipping policy
Due to the value of the items, they are shipped insured, so the standard shipping cost is €9,95 (NL).
Once payment is received, the order will be shipped within two business days by PostNL, DHL or delivered personally by the owner within three business days (if possible).
Fitting appointments are available and booked through the following Calendly link. Can't find your ideal date and/or time? Reach out to Xha through WhatsApp +31626021188 so we can look at the possibilities. There are no costs for a fitting appointment. Garments bought during the fitting appointment are exempt from shipping fees.
Ordering through the website is currently only available within The Netherlands. Do you live outside of the Netherlands and you'd like to shop with Xha? Send us a message on WhatsApp or e-mail us at contact@xha.nl so we can look at the possibilities!
