Refund Policy
Xha has a 14-day returns policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. This does not apply to items that have been altered to fit your body or items purchased through a fitting appointment, which are treated as custom made or physical purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn (except for trying it on) or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Beware: The costs of a return are your liability. This is because Xha is a small business and because
of the limited amount of stock of each item.
Only return your item if this has been approved after reaching out to Xha. If you send the product back without requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.
If your return has been accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will then be able to evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.

Repair
Did your garment break at the seam within 2,5 years? We will repair it for free! Contact us through WhatsApp +31626021188 so we can access the damage and discuss the next steps with you. Garments send to us for repairs without contacting us first are denied. Please allow 2-6 weeks for repairs.
Exceptions/Items that cannot be returned
Items that have been adjusted to your liking, purchased in person (through a fitting appointment) or on sale cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Because most items are one-for-one, exchanges are not possible. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, register it for return, and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Statutory 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without contacting us won't get accepted.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, you'll be notified and we'll let you know if it's approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund within ten business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
Reach out to us through contact@xha.nl if it has been more than 15 workdays since we have approved your refund without a restitution.
